This single-session workshop offers parents and caregivers of adolescents (13+) with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, or a related developmental disability an overview of transitioning to adult planning. The presentation covers how to prepare for the student-to-adult transition, important timelines, process steps, and useful tools and resources. The session is offered monthly on the first Friday of the month and costs $75 to attend. Additional workshops are available regarding Guardianship, Health, and Safety.
