Join Kelly O’Connell, who runs Medford Library’s Cookbook Club, to learn the art of brewing kombucha. She will demonstrate how to make your first batch of tea, how to work with and maintain a SCOBY, and then participants will have hands-on experience with the final steps of tasting, flavoring, and bottling. Participants will go home with a bottle of their own brew.
