About
DMH along with JRI is excited to share that a new parent support group, specifically for parents and family members of loved ones who live with or are experiencing psychosis, will be launched! This group can support parents and caregivers who have questions, may feel confused, and/or are looking for support around their child’s diagnosis and treatment.
For our FIRST meeting we invite you to come and meet us, ask questions and connect! For the Zoom link, to RSVP and questions: Contact Barbara Worsley, Director of Family Driven Practice at DMH at Barbara.Worsley@mass.gov / 857-303-6190.
Tuesday, April 28, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, online (via Zoom)
This interactive group will be led by Ken Farbstein, a father with lived experience, the author of Getting Your Best Health Care: Real-world stories for patient empowerment. Ken works as a Family Partner in an early psychosis treatment program, coaching the parents of teenagers.
