Mayor Brian DePena, the Lawrence Commission on Disability and ADA Coordinator Richard Rodriguez invite you to join us at Campagnone Common on July 26th from 11am until 3pm for information, screenings, access to services, and other disability-related resources. Our hope is to bring together a wide variety of organizations in one space, that will provide a wide array of needed services including recreation possibilities for residents. The Lawrence Commission on Disabilities also hopes to utilize this event as an opportunity to connect and develop a deeper working relationship with disability organizations. This can help us accomplish our vision and serve our community more fully. We will be raffling off prizes every half hour. We will be serving hotdogs, have a DJ, and several educational stations where we hope to simulate common symptoms of various disabilities through games and activities. Hopefully a fun day for all!
