The City’s licensed professional social worker Trish Boateng will offer regular drop-in hours at the Newburyport Public Library for any Newburyport resident who may need assistance on behalf of the City of Newburyport. Meetings will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis every Tuesday afternoon at the library, 1:30-2:30 pm in our study room. See Reference staff for directions.
