The Federation for Children with Special Needs is offering monthly Transition Talks.  On January 6 from 6:00–7:00 PM youth program staff from Easterseals Massachusetts. Desi Forte, Sam Gomez, and Patrick Remy will share information about a variety of free programs available for young adults with disabilities across Massachusetts. Easterseals offers social opportunities, mentorship, college support, and more.
