Also called Laughter Yoga, come join our circle!
Participants sit in a circle in chairs and are lead through a series of short laughter exercises. No actual yoga poses included. Laughing, whether it is real or unforced, carries with it the same health benefits. Benefits include mood enhancement, improved circulation, lessening of depression, improved digestion, and more.
No registration required. All ages are invited to join in.
