About

Presented by Branching Tree in Collaboration with High Spirit Advisory and Fletcher Tilton

Branching Tree, a start-up residential care community, is hosting an informational webinar for families interested in learning the legal fundamentals of real estate ownership and developing care community organizations for loved ones with disabilities.

Attorneys Fred Misilo and Anne Grenier from Fletcher Tilton will share their expertise in navigating property ownership and organizational development with families who are participating in, or entering, the Massachusetts Adult Care System. The presentation will focus on developing ownership structures and organizations based on the care model used at High Spirit Community Farm and similar care communities.

Register Here to join us virtually on Tuesday June 10th at 6:30pm.

Note: You will automatically be muted upon entry to the webinar. A Question & Answer Session will be facilitated at the end of the webinar via the Chat feature, providing that time allows.

High Spirit recognizes the essential need of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to have a dignified home, meaningful work, and a rich social and cultural life. We do this through:

Shared Living at High Spirit Community Farm
Supports residential life in which an adult with disabilities lives as a household member in a family home with care, responsibilities, and lifelong relationships
Integrated Work-Life at High Spirit Community Farm
Provides a flexible day program meeting the needs and interests of each individual.
High Spirit Advisory
Serves as a catalyst, making this model of care and community more widely available.
Advises others seeking to create new communities based on the High Spirit model.
