Branching Tree, a start-up residential care community, is hosting an informational webinar for families interested in learning the legal fundamentals of real estate ownership and developing care community organizations for loved ones with disabilities.
Attorneys Fred Misilo and Anne Grenier from Fletcher Tilton will share their expertise in navigating property ownership and organizational development with families who are participating in, or entering, the Massachusetts Adult Care System. The presentation will focus on developing ownership structures and organizations based on the care model used at High Spirit Community Farm and similar care communities.
