LexGo! is a community based, leisure education program for Lexington teens, ages 13-17, who identify with having a disability. Participants will engage in peer connection, learn about positive recreation, and experience unique access to local activities. Sessions will include a variety of opportunities, such as riding the Lexpress, going to a sensory friendly movie, and fostering relationships with “penpals”.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Ability to follow 2 step directions
• Ability to independently attend to their personal care needs
• A desire to participate in group activities
• A desire to try new experiences
• Ability to mange personal belongings
• Ability to stay with the group and follow basic rules and safety instructions
