About

Adaptive Tennis Lessons are available to children and teens who identify with having a disability and/or may require additional support and modifications to be successful within the program. The lessons are tailored to meet individual needs through adapted techniques, instruction and equipment. .Each class will go over basic strokes, practice skills and play games while fostering social interaction and enjoyment on the court!

Inclusion support can be requested for any in-person Recreation program. Inclusion is an individualized process and can look different for everyone, it is important to us that we provide the best support for each individual.

How to Request Inclusion Support

  • When registering for the program, check off “Yes” for needed inclusion support. Once you have registered, the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist will send you an email.
  • Email Kate DeAngelis the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist directly.

Once inclusion support is requested, you will be asked to complete an Intake Packet.
