A Conference on High-Impact College-Based Transition Services and Inclusive Postsecondary Education: Emerging Trends 2026
Hosted by The Department of Higher Education (MAIPSE) in collaboration with the Institute for Community Inclusion, MA Center for Inclusive Higher Education & Transition.
This conference is ideal for educators, families, administrators, state agency representatives, and anyone involved in promoting inclusive postsecondary education and college-based transition services.
What to Expect:
- Gain practical strategies from national and local leaders in transition and inclusive postsecondary education.
- Participate in sessions highlighting credentialing, student experiences, residential life, employment, and executive function support, among other important topics.
- Connect and collaborate with Massachusetts colleges, schools, adult agency partners, parents, and additional key partners.
- Engage in the Northeast Postsecondary Education Alliance (NEPSEA) Capacity Building Institute to strengthen collaboration statewide.
UMass Boston is easily accessible by public transportation located a mile from JFK/UMass Station. The university offers a free shuttle service between the campus and the MBTA JFK/UMass Station.
