Explore the not-too-spooky haunted house produced by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lowell at Lowell City Hall, and trick or treat through downtown Lowell. Local organizations will be hanging out on JFK Plaza with kid’s activities and candy at the Neighborhood Haunt!

After getting your candy haul and checking out the haunted house, stop by Rockland Trust parking lot on Merrimack Street for free carnival rides, food trucks, and live music.
