About
An Annual Free, Family-Friendly Celebration of the Ipswich River
About RiverFest-RiverFest is our signature annual event, celebrating the Ipswich River and the many ways it connects our communities. Held at the start of summer, this lively, outdoor festival invites people of all ages to explore, learn, play, and relax along the river. Whether it’s casting a fishing line for the first time, discovering native plants, or enjoying music by the water, RiverFest offers something for everyone. Each year, the event brings together families, local organizations, and partners to rediscover the wonder of our local river and all it makes possible.
