Riverside Family Support Center is excited to announce a new session of boxing classes in collaboration with Title Boxing! Classes will be sponsored by Riverside, free for participants. Students will boost endurance, relieve stress, and develop the confidence and mindset of a champion. Caring, certified trainers tailor each session to individual abilities, ensuring everyone can participate safely and comfortably. In this non-contact class, participants will learn boxing techniques and movements in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
