Learn how to use Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) as a common language for transition-age youth and their families to think about and begin planning engaged lives within their community.

Presenters Rebecca Davis from the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN) and Ingrid Flory from Central/West Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) will showcase how their organizations partnered to create an innovative conference model. Together with co-presenters, Kamisha Heriveaux and Austin Carr, both young adult advisory board members from FCSN, they will also share how to apply the ideas behind this model in a variety of ways to support conversations and planning meetings.
