Growing up means making choices about your future. Where will you work? Will you go to school or training? Where will you live? How will you build friendships and stay healthy?

You do not have to figure this out alone. Come with questions (or not) – leave with resources and ideas.  Join the Federation for Children with Special Needs for a, friendly, and supportive conference designed to help young people and families plan for adulthood with confidence.
