An information session hosted by Bridgewell Family Support Center to learn about Adult Foster Care with All Care. The Adult Foster Care (AFC) Program is a MassHealth-funded program that helps adults who cannot safely live alone remain in a supportive, family-like home. Caregivers provide daily personal care and supervision, and in return receive a monthly, tax-free stipend along with ongoing professional support.
