This conference is designed for individuals with disabilities, their families and caretakers, and professional staff, teachers, and advocates who support individuals with disabilities. There will be subject matter experts from across Massachusetts to provide guidance on financial resources available for individuals with disabilities. Topics will include Attainable®, the Massachusetts ABLE Savings Plan, special needs trusts, disability supports in higher education, myths related to SSI, SSDI and work, and more.
